Master in Intellectual Property

The Master in Intellectual Property (Master in Gestione della Proprietà Intellettuale) aims to train new professionals who will be able to deal with all issues related to the evaluation, protection, use and valorization of IPRs.

It is directed by Prof. Federico Munari and organized mutually by the Collegio Superiore of the University of Bologna, Alma Graduate School and the Institute of Advanced Study of the University of Bologna. The next edition of the Master will start in November 2007 (Academic Year 2007/08).

It is a part-time Master directed to professionals working in R&D units of innovative companies, technology transfer offices at universities and research, law and consulting firms, as well as to graduate students looking for a career in such fields.

The courses provide participants with advanced knowledge in international intellectual property law, the economic analysis and management of technology and innovation, and the protection of IPRs in the main scientific and technological fields.

- Tutela dei marchi e del design industriale
- Contratti e accordi di licenza
- Gestione dell'innovazione e della tecnologia
- Metodi di valutazione della proprietà intellettuale
- Trasferimento Tecnologico e gestione strategica della Proprietà Intellettuale
- La proprietà Intellettuale nel settore chimico/farmaceutico
- La proprietà Intellettuale nel settore dell'Information Technology
- La proprietà Intellettuale nel settore energetico e meccatronica
- Project work

The Faculty of the Master in IP constituted by a unique community of experts in IP, coming from academia (University of Bologna and other Italian and International Universities), companies, international bodies, and law and consulting firms.
